1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Caller Lookup ("Caller Lookup", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Caller Lookup website and services. By using the service, creating an account or purchasing a report or subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are effective as of August 28, 2026.
2. The service
Caller Lookup provides a reverse phone lookup service for US phone numbers that searches publicly available web pages and public records and compiles the results into a report. Reports may include possible names, locations, email addresses and social profiles associated with a phone number. Coverage varies by number and source, results are not delivered in real time, and we cannot guarantee that any report will be complete, accurate or up to date. Caller Lookup compiles each report from publicly available sources and is responsible for the report content it provides.
The Service also includes the emails we send about your searches, purchases and account. If you leave the notification box on our search form checked, the Service includes notification and marketing emails from Caller Lookup as described in Section 6 ("Emails and marketing messages"). Text messages are a separate, optional program described in Section 7.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Caller Lookup. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide to us is accurate.
4. Subscription and billing
Access to full reports is sold as a subscription. At checkout you agree to the following: “By continuing and signing up, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you will be charged $29.99 today. Unless you cancel, your subscription will then automatically renew at $59.99 per month (about $2.00/day) until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Prices exclude applicable taxes.” Prices are in US dollars and are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Your first month and each month after that include one lookup: one US phone number of your choice. A search that finds nothing does not use your lookup, and unused lookups do not carry over.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time with Cancel subscription on our Support page, or by emailing support@caller-lookup.com with the subject "Cancel my subscription". We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancellation stops all future renewals. To avoid the first renewal, cancel before your first month ends. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
Refunds
We decide refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Cancelling does not by itself refund charges already made. To ask for a refund, contact us at support@caller-lookup.com or through our Support page within 14 days of the charge, from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Duplicate charges for the same period are always refunded in full. Our Refund Policy explains the process in more detail. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
6. Emails and marketing messages
When you enter your email address on our search form, we use it to send you the emails needed to deliver the Service, such as sign-in codes, receipts, billing and cancellation notices, and replies to your support requests.
If you leave the notification box on that form checked, the Service also includes notification and marketing emails from Caller Lookup: updates and reminders about the phone number you searched, explanations of how our reports and sources work, and offers for our service. You can stop these emails at any time and keep using the Service.
To stop marketing emails, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, use the unsubscribe button in your email app, reply "unsubscribe" to the email, or write to support@caller-lookup.com. We stop marketing emails as soon as we receive your request, and in every case within 10 business days. Unsubscribing does not stop the service emails described above.
Once you have bought from us, we no longer send you marketing emails. You keep receiving service emails about your account and subscription.
Only enter an email address that you own or are allowed to use. If you receive our emails at an address you did not give us, unsubscribe or contact us and we will stop.
Our marketing emails are sent from addresses at caller-lookup.com. They contain links and images that tell us when an email is opened or a link is clicked, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Leaving the notification box checked, agreeing to these Terms or buying from us never signs you up for text messages.
7. Caller Lookup Text Alerts (SMS terms)
Program. Caller Lookup Text Alerts are recurring automated marketing text messages from Caller Lookup, including updates about phone numbers you search, reminders about searches and checkouts you started on caller-lookup.com, offers for our service and important updates.
Joining is optional. You join only by entering your mobile number in one of our text alerts forms and ticking the consent box (we never tick it for you). We confirm your sign-up by text; if that text asks you to reply YES, you join only once you reply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency. Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Caller Lookup does not charge for text messages.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or ask us at support@caller-lookup.com, and we will honor any other reasonable request to stop. Reply START to rejoin.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@caller-lookup.com or https://caller-lookup.com/support.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enter. The program is available for US mobile numbers only. Do not enter someone else's number. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or tell us, so we do not text its next owner.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile information, text message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the "Text messages (SMS)" section of our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. Text messages and marketing emails are separate: joining or leaving one never changes the other.
8. Acceptable use
You agree that you will NOT use Caller Lookup or any information obtained through it to:
- stalk, harass, intimidate, dox, threaten or harm any person;
- make decisions about consumer credit, employment, insurance, housing, tenant screening or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — Caller Lookup is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports;
- violate any applicable law, regulation or the rights of any third party;
- scrape, resell, republish or bulk-download our data, or access the service by automated means without our written permission; or
- attempt to probe, disrupt or circumvent the security of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.
9. Disclaimers
The service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be complete, accurate, current or available for any particular number, and information in a report should never replace your own judgment and due diligence. Caller Lookup makes no representation about the character or integrity of any person, business or entity identified in a report.
Any video, image or social post shown in our marketing materials is a dramatization. It is not a real news broadcast or real customer post, and is presented for illustrative purposes only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caller Lookup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caller Lookup is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
